What do you need in a small space? This garden illustrated the importance of both structure as well as wild expression, and balanced between these was the value of open space.

This garden was characterised by its central courtyard planted with a single tree. The internal walls only captured the movement of shadow, creating a sense of calm. Windows out to planting allowed the outside in but the calm remained.
